This Policy applies to all personal information collected by Centurion Lawyers Pty Ltd ACN 165 848 591 (“Centurion Lawyers”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website, www.centurionlawyers.com.au (“Website”) and/or providing information to us, you accept the terms of this Policy and expressly consent to the practices described in this Policy. We may change the Policy in our absolute discretion and without further notice. Your continued use of the Website is deemed to be acceptance of the Policy as amended from time to time. A copy of our current privacy policy is displayed on the Website at all times and should be checked by you regularly. If you make a complaint, we will endeavour to provide a response to you within twenty-one days provided we have all the information we need to investigate the complaint properly. If we need further information or further time to investigate your complaint, we will contact you to discuss different time limits. If you are not satisfied with the outcome you may ask the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (“OAIC”) to investigate your complaint.
